Shipping & Delivery

Every Verily & Vesper order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged, ready to arrive as a beautiful gift or a meaningful moment for yourself.

Processing

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. During launches, holidays, and limited-edition releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Any special shipping timeframe for a preorder or limited collection will be noted on the product page.

Preorders

Preorder items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page when your order is placed. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship together once the preorder is ready.

Shipping

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

A Little Care in Transit

We take great care to protect each candle and gift box before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and damaged item. We'll be happy to help.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make a correction before your order ships.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
